Basketball Training

 

The following training is an optional method of physical preparation for playing a sport like basketball.  The need for dribbling and shooting to improve at basketball should never be replaced.


In order to attempt this type of training you must be in outstanding physical condition, have excellent flexibility and good sense of whether the body is moving with required effort.


This training program is targeted at boys and girls 14 years and older. If you are younger, please ask a parent or guardian to help out.

TRAINING


Basketball uses many different muscles in explosive movements. Training to be able to use these muscles without injury is as important as learning how to dribble or shoot a basketball.
Plyometrics is a type of exercise designed to produce fast, powerful movements and improve the functions of the nervous system, generally for the purpose of improving performance in a specific sport.
Plyometric exercises carry increased risk of injury due to the powerful forces generated during training and performance and should be performed only by well-conditioned individuals who are under supervision. Core body strength is very important.
Plyometrics is an excellent way for conditioned athletes to increase and develop their jumping, sprinting and explosive power.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bible Training

The following training is a must in preparing for the game of life. In this lifetime you will not be able to replace family and friends and loving relationships but you can learn how to enjoy them to their fullest with the love of Jesus Christ.

In order to attempt this type of training you must be a good reader, an excellent listener and have a clear willingness to change your way of living life.

This training program is targeted at boys and girls of any age. If necessary please ask a parent or guardian to help out.

Biblemetrics is a type of exercise designed to produce faster reading, powerful knowledge and indwelling of the Holy spirit.

Biblemetric exercise carries increased risk of getting smarter due to the powerful forces generated and performance should be undertaken only by individuals who want to learn about God.

Biblemetrics is an excellent way for Christians to increase and develop their awareness of the Lord, their knowledge of Scripture and their responsiveness to the power of the gospel.

As a Christian, it is important to read the Bible on a regular basis. The bible is referred to as the Word of God because the words written are from God. We must know what He says in order to obey Him and be fulfilled in our lives. We’ve laid out the New Testament below for you.
